Business Performance

A sales team, beyond motivation, must be held to account for the targets they commit to doing.

If you sit in an official meeting with time invested by all team members including managers and division heads, and commitments of self set targets are made, at every review session, there must be a level of responsibility and accountability to what you are doing my to achieve.

For all its worth,  of you said you are going to do it and are sure you will do it, then just do it!
